Final price depends on volume, access, distance and any special items — you'll always get the exact figure before we lift a thing.
Four things. Once we know these, your price is fixed — it doesn't change on the day.
A single van load is very different from a full house clearance — and some materials cost more to dispose of than others.
Easy ground-floor access is quickest. Stairs, narrow closes or no parking close by add time and effort.
The trip from your property to the recycling centre affects fuel and time. We cover Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Fridges, mattresses, tyres and anything hazardous need licensed handling, so they carry a small extra charge.
